This is the third time this guy has been seen publicly, but I haven't drawn him in a long time, and his only other picture of just him is "Night Arrows" which was drawn a long time ago. This is the second time I've drawn him on Photoshop, but I'm glad I finally drew him as the main focus.
His name actually has a meaning; "Amr" is an old Arabic name (may signify "governer" but it wasn't that on the list I used to help name him originally), and "Faasir" (although I mispelled it...the correct one is "Faaris", GAH!)means "horseman" or "knight" in Arabic, so it fits him perfectly. I've had this guy for years like almost all of the Guardian Lord characters I have, but I never developed him or even named him until recently.
Storywise, he's the 6th Upper Lord of the order, and the best marksman (archer) alive. He's more of a "horse-archer" type although he doesn't ride a horse but a fantasy creature I drew up since I epicly fail at horses. He can fight in melee combat but he's not as skilled with a blade as the others would be.
